Turn on all lights - (valentinos signs, fairy lights, entrance lamps and main restraunt light).
Sign in for work (7 shifts App on entrance desk computer)
Check outside lights are on
Check bookings online ( To be done throughout the day every 2/3 hours)
Collect any deposits for relevant tables or special occasions
take out any desserts that are needed from the freezer.
plate up deserts ready for service (if there is a high numbe of bookings)
Take tables & chairs outside & heaters (In Summer Months)
make sure tables are set for service and that they match the system.
clean entrance doors/ brasso handles.
hoover entrance rug.
clean lamps check for cobwebs
make sure outside is sweeped and looks presentable.
put lamps on table @4pm.
make table settings ready for service. check salt and pepper
Turn on fridge lights (Clean fridges with window cleaner if dirty) @4pm
Turn on Music (Spotify on Tablet)
Put any stock from deliveries in their appropriate place.
check bathrooms for toilet paper and hand soap, make sure they are cleaned up to standard from previous night.
make sure all mirrors throughout the restraunt and the display bikes are polished.
check that there is nothing hanging around the restaurant that shouldnt be there.
make sure the sanatiser bottles are ready a correctly diluted and blue roll ready for service.
check desserts and report anything that may be needed.
inside dessert fridge clean and surfaces in desert area up tio standard. check handles
Stock check completed daily and date and signed before 3pm (train the relevant individuals. task is also designed so date labelling can be checked daily) must be completed before 3pm or next day delivery not available.
Tea Pots/Milk Jugs Clean? if not clean again
high chairs clean and sanatised ready for service.
pizza bixes, calxone boxes and burger boxes folded ready for service.
Check glasswasher Clean inside and outside & Switch ON
Detergent and rinse aid adequate for glasswasher ?
Ensure clean tea towels available for service
Make staff meal to be consumed before 4pm
Ensure all sections ready for service before 5pm
Complete the days delivery records
JUST EAT UBER APP DELIVEROO charged & switched on?
Stairs free from clutter?
Stairs Clean?
Beer Barrels/Post Mix In Position For Service?
Report on any non compliance on critical tasks like date labelling and decide on remedial action
check gas co2 and mixed gas if no spare then order gas
Fill up Ice department which includes storing ice in freezer for peak times
Take out all open wines and place it in the wine department
Get all juices out of fridge, place it next to the ice department
Put bar mats on display
Put on beer nozzles
Slice lemons, limes and oranges
Refill Cordials if needed
teaspoon pot full from night before? if not fill
Refill coffee cups, teapots and milk jugs, spoons, black napkins, straws & plates
Refill sugar pots (Brown sugar, White Sugar & Sweetener)
Check if you have: Milk, Cream, Coffee Beans
Check card machine, telephone & Wi-Fi is working
Enough printer rolls for tills and card machine to run service smoothly?
Make sure you have toothpicks behind bar
Make sure all glasses, wine coolers and tip trays are clean
All bins are emptied and sanitised & fresh bin liner
Make sure to have wine openers in the bar
Make sure Bar has blue roll and sanitiser
Make sure tables are set for the days service
Check for any wobbly tables
Re-stock, plates, napkins, blue roll, spoons, knives, sauces, slicers, scoops
